I don't mean to attack, but really, as Pleasurepays already said, it's naive and offensive to assume that you could double the gross income of each big program, because that would assume that you're truly the smartest guy in online adult and all those who run the multi-million dollar programs rely only on shady billing practices etc and just don't have a clue on things like maximizing retention.
well, really that's just a ridicolous statement. Pleaserupays said it already but then he apologized because he didn't see that you're looking for perfomance-based earnings..... but his other points were still valid.

I could go on and on, but if you're so smart as you claim, you should know that such statements as the one from your thread title CAN't be taken seriously.
We've had guys who made threads about "the new way to revolutionize adult", we've had MetaformX saying he wants to guarantee everyone 1:200 conversions, we've seen guys who say they know how to make Youtube profitable better than all the google exec's etc... not to mention the scammers we see revelead here every month (not hinting that you're a scammer absolutely)
AND not to mention the standard sales pitch from 95% of program owners and sales reps: "We're confident our program will make you more money than any other"
also, if your biggest asset is basically paying extreme attention to details and squeezing the max of every surfer/member, then couldn't the same be applied to the affiliate scene, and after a while you could start your own program again?
