Anyone from MONIKER around?
It has been a week since I opened my "ticket" w customer support and haven't gotten a reply back yet despite me adding comments on it 3 times now. I sat on hold for over an hour 2 days ago with customer support and their only suggestion was to add yet another comment. My problem is a very simple one but I need to get this done ASAP! Plz Moniker help me out?
