Taguba is an honest man who did his job the best he could.
No one can cast dispersions on this guy.. he's squeaky clean, served the military honorably for many years, and was a top-notch soldier by anyone's standards.
He was basically told to fuck off and go away, because he did his job very well. Too well, if your name is Rumsfeld, Cheney or Bush (and many others).
