I think its a joke that someone who wanted to live in the USA has a problem with a colleague flying a flag in their office. Its a disgrace. They chose to live in that country so they should put up with stuff like this.

Amen to that! If you Choose to Live in a country, you gotta abide by their customs. Like when Ross lived in Canada.. and drank copious amounts of alcohol.. he was doing it to fit in.
