Because people tend to believe real big companies, easy as 1-2-3. And he can start life afresh and work again with them backing him and offer proof and recover fully at the same time. Your word is not enough... sorry but this is the truth, nor mine, otherwise he could call a zillion small guys and girls he has helped before. It is a big challenge.
