I'm thinking of the average American porn consumer....
Well, if I'm a nice middle class guy X who works at the Department of Labor in a secure $80,000 a year job....I'm not rich but I'm not poor....I wouldn't really waste my time scouring through a bunch of pixelated crap on the internet to find something free.
$20-$30/month is pretty small potatoes and I wouldn't really care. My daily morning cup of Starbucks (at $3-$5 a pop depending on what tickles my fancy that morning) would cost me more than my high quality porn fix. If I knew what I did now, I would be spending EVEN LESS to get the high quality goods by signing up through a reputable review site with discounts such as Best Porn or Rabbits.
This is only one type of surfer, of course, but I personally know many of these type of people in America. They still buy/rent dvds from netflix or whatever because they make good money and don't really care about the $10/$20.
