Banned, no. Warned, perhaps. Where does that belong on an industry board? And truth be told, 16 and 17 is legal in many places, so in reality it's probably not a big deal, even if it's not a good idea.
But condoning the abuse of a pre-teen child, even if only a cartoon... come on. Use whatever you have left of a brain for a second and see how bad that makes us look as an industry.
