That happened to me once except I was sitting in a car on the side of the highway when a tire rammed right into the back of the car....Left a BIG ass dent in it....I can only imagine what it felt like to that man...
At least he was lucky and it took out his legs....If it hit him a little higher up, he would've been really fucked up.
