On a side note, when you watch the footage again (and you know you will see it 372318 times before the week is out) check out the people in the background, the ones across the road. You know what, they dont give a flying fuck about the statue falling. They stood there to watch it come down and then walked away as if nothing happend when it was all over. The people cheering and making the big fuss were acting in
exactly the same manner as anti-war protestors in the US and here in Australia. They are just there for a bit of action for the cameras.
I might (actually, I'm pretty sure I am) be wrong, but that just the way it looks.
