Looking at this pic I can see the Photog used a 3 light set up along with natural available light. How ever it's the Treatment of the Pic that I'd like to recreate ... anyone done this before? Anyone know have any idea on how to recreate this effect ?
Looking at this image, it looks like there is a soft box to camera left, to light the back line and back light the front line. A key Dish light above the camera and lastly a direct light at camera left to back light the whole group.

This is not Hdr or any sort of Photoshop plug in or "David Hill" processing technique this in camera and lighting.
