How about the spin-off series from Buck Rogers that starred Hawk, the half man, half-hawk guy? I don't think it lasted more than two or three episodes. I can't even remember the name.
Speaking of terrible spinoffs, remember "Enos"? The deputy from the Dukes of Hazzard that moved to the city and drove a Chrysler with a huge blower scoop on the hood...classic TV.
Or how about Three's a Crowd... Jack Tripper moves out of the apartment and gets married to Vicky. Somehow they still managed to work the Ropers in there too. Or maybe it was Mr. Furley, I forget.
They should make a network that runs nothing but failed spinoffs every day. I would watch.
