Absolutely true, it's not like they hosted a few bad apples, they hosted all the illegal, disgusting or at least questionable stuff no other host would have touched.
No loss, no problem, the honest customers will quickly find a new host. If you run a site or site network that uses legal content and no questionable material, every host will happily restore your backups for you and you are in business again.
