I 'm catching the gist of HDR ... Basicly (simplified) bracket photography (3 images are taken, one under exposed, one properly exposed, one overexposed, all by 1 stop) ... you can acheive this also by shoot each element in your picture seperately, which is what i think D. Hill does. (proportions are screwy in his images)

I found the HDR setting in PS, under automate. Very cool

That Topaz Adjust looks pretty easy to use too. Took a look at the Tutorials ...
