I don't remember anyone asking about how well your exit chat program does. Try creating a new thread about how great yours is instead of "backdooring" someone else's thread?
Now, back to intellichat...
All I can say, and I say it because I see the stats every day, we haven't had a single day go by since we added Intellichat that we haven't recovered lost sales via their exit chat rep window. I figure every single sale they bring us is basically a lost customer if it weren't for them.
Billy hit ME up today about one of their exits displaying incorrectly on one of our sites due to some of MY code. I hadn't even seen it yet or asked for help. This guy was surfing through our site to check and make sure everything looked ok, even though it's been installed now for a good month or better. That's customer service if you ask me.
