I remember that from the other 2 or 3 threads as well.
To me it's very obvious you are not happy with things. She's too nitpicky and none of that is going to change. You need to find the strength to either tell her things have to change and in what way, change the locks on your doors and take a step back in the relationship to see if she's willing to work on things (doubtful), or just cut her lose altogether and realize in the long run you'll be happier.

I would hate to have to deal with a SO who is constantly on the edge of blowing up. It's not warranted at all.
