Be prepared to help prove how the copyright infringement is resulting in 'loss of livelihood' to a judge who may/may not be sympathetic to a porn producer's case.
Have you actually weighed ALL the costs involved in taking on a protracted copyright infringement lawsuit?
I agree - something needs to be done about infringement. But considering even the simple logistics...its more easily said than actually done.
