yup I've seen this since I first started as a affiliate back in 2001. I would submit galleries to one text tgp and 1 out of 10 would end up listed on a very big TGP and I loved it
then there is the places like LARGE surfer boards that would post your links or hotlink you images.. I would sometimes turn off hotlinking to some urls like that
