Looks now like his neck was not even tied. He is just hanging from his hands. The Thai police tried to make it look like a suicide, but Thai TV is now saying the FBI thinks he was murdered.

BTW... The FBI is here and on the case now. The Thai popo have been relieved of their duties. They are the ones who found the foot prints.
