Ok here goes:
1) reduce your header to under 200 pixels.
2) clean up your layout follow 960.gs for simple templates to lay out your site in a clean easy to follow manner.
3) Home button is always in the same spot on every site for a reason dont try and retrain your surfers.
4) create a twitter and facebook groups and use a multi tool to post updates on both at the same time feeding updates of your current happenings etc. (you can then syndicate the blog you have on to your main page and create lots of content and updates)
5) move your favorite scenes into a top 10 list and syndicate it out for anyone, add to your group on facebook.
6) make your site details about the sites not sudo reviews. Tell the surfer why you like the site what about it means something to you, then give a free sample to show that you believe in what you are selling
7) make your my bio and about me do the entire site from first person, not like someone selling you instead make it about you.
8) load your links off page in a iframe with a close frame option (example google image search) this reduces the link off site value to search engines and keeps your surfers on your site, at the top add a branding message about you or a small rotating ajax plugin
9) re tool your entire menu board into simple easy to follow items again following the first person options.
10) update your meta and title tags per page to be relevant.
