as i see it........
if personA were to sign a legally binding contract with personB, saying "if i stop working for personB's company, then i won't be able to keep the rebills for the project i've been working on, under their company name"
regardless of what onlookers think, that contract is still legally binding and that's what would happen unless both parties decide to agree to an alternative.
of course a contract agreement is not everything, anyone can appreciate that.... it's easy to see right here, some onlookers aren't exactly loving "bad boy lightspeed" right now
