Funny all the "contact Bari post". In my first post I even said I know that's obviously what I have to do now. I did send in a email to her and no reply, guess I need to use ICQ.
The point I'm making here is it's ridiculous I have to contact someone on ICQ to get support. Why doesn't their support system work? Why has it been 10 days now and no response to my ticket? Shouldn't all tickets be answered and not just people that bitch about it?
