I love little dogs. After having one in my teens that is all I like. Big dogs are cool, but they are so much more to take care of.
I have two miniature pinschers, their breed often lives far into their teens too which is cool. There are lots of 18 year olds out there.
Your little pom mix is a cutie! They have such bubbly personalities those doggies.
