The male talent and the producing company should have checked to ensure that she was negative before letting her work, and she should not have worked without negative (clear) test results...stupidity all the way around!!!

you're right - what's the point of going to a test when you work the next day but get the result one day after your work. this means: she worked on the 5th and the producer did not care for an actual test - congrats.
