Well I don't blame you, bitching at tech support isn't going to fix the long response time for tickets. Whoever is managing moniker should do something about it. I haven't tried to contact you on ICQ yet, I'm usually online at night.
The problem I'm having is nothing serious. I just don't understand why it's taking so long for tickets to be answered.
