Don't think there aren't enough subs around there with 10x the nuclear power that whole country has. The US wouldn't even resort to nuclear warfare they could take them out with some fucking MOABs and look like the good guys world wide. Kim is smoking crack if he thinks he could advance through nuclear blackmail.
