They code it as what the customer claimed it to be...
And depending on that will depend on whether you can dispute... and the mood the guy at the bank is in that day.. lol
Sometimes we can provide a copy of the caller ID, call reports, IM logs, emails... and we can win..
Sometimes they pull out the "We need a signature"
and sometimes.. it really is fraud.. like a guy who works at a hotel and was scanning cards.. or something...
but usually it's some dick who likes the control of being able to chargeback...
