This is what I have never understood. Billions of dollars are spent with online goods and there is no way to track a signature, when is the cc companies going to change their policy?
I had a dispute with a client a while back (charging him for advertising) and I won the case by providing that he ordered from the same IP address which he lives... I got him to send me his IP address
