Ideally written in PHP, so I can hack on it.

I've got some girls that I might be able to get going.

I'd want basically:

1) blogs
2) videos
3) photos
4) easy payment merchant integration

2) and 3) can be tied together in series

I could do this myself but I figure there's probably a lot of options out there.
