If your friend knows your going out with her it means he trusts you and her, just don't break that trust. Theirs no reason you cant be friends with her just dont start getting feelings for her and make sure you keep things friendly. if down the track you see things heading in the wrong direction say something to her or give her signs that you're only friends.
