I can truly vouch for this. Working from Europe, in timezone GMT +1, I usually submit tickets between 2AM and 6 AM Eastern, and often I would have the response within the hour. Truly efficient and I'm most satisfied. Makes it so much easier to work to work from Europe, not having to wait for office hours in the US.
