Which country goes to incredible lengths to prevent civilian deaths? Which country makes a moral choice NOT to target civilian targets?
How do you make sure that 100% of the civilian population aren't harmed during a war? If we didn't do anything then it would have been guaranteed that people would have been tortured and killed under Saddam.
Remember that Saddam has killed more Arabs than any other entity in the world.
