Turboface sent me an ICQ asking for a paypal to epassporte transfer

no problem, he sent me the funds in paypal, and then i sent him the epassporte funds

then I get a notification telling me that the funds have been placed on hold because of suspicion of fraud

Turboface was answering his ICQ at this time, he told me that he was going through steps to verify his account and that the funds would be released afterwards.

2 days ago paypal reverses the transaction (sent back to the paypal turboface paid me with)

I tried to get in touch with turboface to get the funds back in my account, and he wouldn't reply

I sent a support ticket to paypal, and they told me that the funds were indeed fraudulent, and that they were returned to the buyers paypal account.

So now I effectively got scammed 1700$, and it makes NO FUCKING SENSE to me, how I am the one that gets fucked here.

I need to get in touch with him so I get my money back

Do any of you know how to get in touch with him or TurboAngel?
