For parts? NewEgg. They used to be a lot easier to deal with before people scammed them to death. My nearly-a-year-old Abit NF7 died, they sent me an NF7-S.
Just this last year I decided I wanted an eee. First one was dead, tried Asus, got nowhere. Ended up sending back TWO of the damn things before I got a working one.
