I need a good video chat app for a single girl site, open source would be nice and the ability to add as a plug in or integrate into the design of the current site is a plus.

basically I want her to be able to use her webcam while chatting with the members. Of course this should work as a members only feature but Id like to be able to offer to non members as well.
