Are you sure have the right company? I have no idea who'd you be ICQ'ing or where you would get an ICQ number from. There is no ICQ info anywhere on our site. ADL Support is handled 100% through email.
The lost password function was working last month, last week, yesterday and today. People use it all the time. I just tested it.

Within a few seconds you will receive an email with the subject "Forgot Password Mail". There is no delay. In the email will be your login and password. It will look like this.
LoginID: your_email
Password: your_password
