The only thing IE8 has above the others is the left-menu tree-directory thing for bookmarks, making it an excellent NATS click & collect list. But it makes up for that now by being slower than ever to load and roam.
Chrome is the fastest thing ever - amazing useability. But Google persists with their pro-Atom xml and anti-RSS bullshit and you can't even parse a good RSS feed with it. Check out

Firefox is nice but like one of those pro athletes getting long in the tooth, and a lot heavy around the middle. You can still see the athletic, sleekness embedded in the lard, but it is quickly turning to pot and getting sluggish.
My bet is on Chrome eating them alive someday soon.
