I know a few of you will already have seen this on another board.
However one of my camsites got totally ripped (a long time ago I might add, before I noticed) The designer has also confirmed that my site was a one off. The site was (before I modded a few aspects) totally the same except the link codes (pity

I have filed a DMCA takedown request but it bugs me because his site ranks above me (but with identical code!) and he must have made several thousand dollars over the period of time.
What is involved in getting him to pony up some money, because I am so annoyed. As I see it he has stolen from me and I want to get even. Why didn't he just design his own bloody site rather than ripping mine!
I do however suspect I am pissing in the wind with trying to get anything out him (or her)
