According to "this man" who answered the phone, web sites are doing business with them based on the Ibill name.
When Ibill went down they owed me over 20k. This is a significant amount of money but would not justify hiring an attorney to do the necessary research and pursure it in court. Consider all of the folks who lost money, but not enough for an expensive lawsuit, and it really seems like the founders of Ibill took an extended paid vacation and are now back, shamless and shifty as ever.
