Here is what gets me about the way Ibill went down. For months, they sent out sincerely worded emails about how they planned to catch up on their payments. They appealed to the good faith of long term customers. Theirs was a manipulative and calculated
plan. Now the founders are re entering the very market they screwed over. Do they think that there is such a high turn over rate in this business that no one will remember what they did? Ibill was referred to as the Enron of the Adult business in the mainstream press. Now here they go again. Their nerve is amazing.
Something tells me that Ibill will be raking in the cash and laughing at the losers who trust them once again. They believe they are above it all. A class action suit would probably work if someone had enough time to take away from their daily business to devote to it. But most of us have moved on. KARMA is what will get these fuckers. Remember the black goblins that came out of the sewers to claim the bad people in the movie Ghost? The visual is kind of hokey, however, it is exactly what I imagine will be waiting for the founders of Ibill.
In the meantime, spread the word. Heck, better than polling our money to sue these horrible, awful, no good people, would be to buy an anti Ibill banner right here. The banner could go to to a web site with news articles about what they did. That, I would contribute money to. Anyone want to head it up?

I know someone who could do it. Whether he would or not is another matter. He goes by the name "Fightthispatent" on GFY, and at one time made it his mission to organize the collective fight against Acacia and their rather tyranical attempt to enforce a patent they'd purchased which involved video streaming. Do you recall it?
The guy is a machine when he sets his mind on a course.
Brandon, if you're reading this - fire up "Fightibill" and get busy rallying all those who got royally SCREWED OVER by this despicable POS company. :D
