Like Sly said, make the tags relevant. Tags like "sexy pics" could basically be tagged in every post in your blog, and then you're just creating duplicate pages with the same content and not using tags effectively. Tags like "Ashely Fires" and "AshleyFires.com" are also basically the same thing. The ".com" isn't going to make a difference. If you want the ".com" for SE purposes, add it within your post, but don't double up the tag.
The purpose of using tags is to break down the categories even further, almost like a description. For example, say it's a big tits post: Categories could be "Big Tits, Videos." Tag could be "titty fucking, big tits round asses." Also, I think having too many tags in one post is pretty confusing too and could be considered spamming.
Also, for your comment spam, use plugins to catch that. Use Akismet or WP-SpamFree Anti-Spam. Those plugins should take care of that without manual intervention.
