A really good affiliate backend? I've been using mine for yeeeeeeeeeeeears and it's so outdated, that and the programmer who wrote it no longer is in the industry so it's hard to get tweaks.

Are there any good ones out there you can point me to? something preferably that you have been using and are happy with? With a simple to use interface, easy to intergrate into a design, and over functional?

I am using CCbill as a processor if that has any bearing on anything. I want to weigh my options before I redesign my program.
