I had to 100% agree and reassure them that I could adopt the idea of a breakfast every single morning before they even agreed to do the surgery...

Do you have a VitaMixer? The cheesy, infomercial mixer you see at CostCo once a year? OMG. That thing is a breakfast smoothie GODSENT... when I was doing high protein shakes all the time earlier this year... I dropped 30lbs fast.. just couldn't stick with it...
But breakfast + working out all the time... will make your day so much better
