btw, John, besides the link structure, my suggestion would be to work it all out as divs instead of tables, I think the day a tube site uses divs instead of tables it will make a killing since you can do almost anything in terms of layout with exactly the same source code. If not possible, at least it would be a nice idea to give IDs to the tables/rows/cells/whatever to improve manageability, the sample at Dailyvids is nice but not only uses tables, but the styles are like .style1 .style2 .style3 .... .styleN which is the most anti-intuitive thing that can be done.
Just a suggestion, of course. To me, customization and the ability to make changes on the fly are the most important part in a(n already working) script and so far I can see most scripts fail at it. The first one to achieve it will have a competitive advantage over all other scripts IMHO
