maybe. depending on how the code looks and how open it is. However, even then, what I mean is that having that pre-done as opposed to having to rewrite the whole code is a real time saver.
PS: John knows I'm one of his biggest supporters, hence the suggestions

PS2: As a designer, I only need to know how to design, not how to code. In my case, I've my above average share of coding knowledge (at least for a designer) and I've a coder of my own, but 99% of designers don't know how to code and they aren't supposed to either. So, in this business, most clients will want everything: the design and the code, and they'll need 2 different people to do that. So, any script having it all without tables (or at least with ID'ed tables) will save the client time and money, hence the script will be bought by more people
