I would say that's true if you want a guy with a good figure who can last hours and then "pop" on cue. But as Robbie says it's posible to get good performances out of many amateurs.A lot has to do with the girl, the crew, the way the scene is shot and the atmosphere.
Viagra will help keep a good strong hard on, but it will not get a "scared" limp dick hard.
It's all in the head of the guy doing it, I'm bit of an extrovert and confidence is not a problem.
