Depends on what you want out of your affiliate admin? Basic place to put promo material, then go for adultscripting - it's lightweight, gives a place to upload your content, but affiliates still have to signup via ccbill etc etc.

I've not had any experience with ccbill tools, so ymmv

If you want to notch things up a gear with what you want to offer your affiliates and give your affiliates a single place to check their stats, grab promo stuff, then go with nats
