Kids these days don't respect or give a shit about sauntering across the road, interfering with traffic, mouthing off to drivers. But the moment you hit one of the little skids - it's YOUR fault.
Next time - get out of your vehicle with cell phone to your ear and run a good bluff like you're calling the cops. Tell the punk to sit his ass on the curb to wait for them so you can lay charges. Let him stew awhile before releasing back to the wild.
