you would need to fire up a class action lawsuit by some attorney who would try to uncover the muck.. once he's done that, and the court does find executives guilty, then collecting the judgment is another matter.. and then after some money was squeezed out of former cold ibill execs hands, the lawyer will probably take like 60%.... and the rest is split up among the defendants... and then since you probably claimed the money withheld from ibill as a loss on your corporate taxes, that you will then be taxed on the $5.32 that each plaintiff would receive.
If a class action lawsuit accomplishes nothing more than to personally impoverish a few iBill executives, well...... that's good enough for me
