4) Obama is a smooth talking, jive turkey, pussy. He did not run anything before he got elected and he's not running anything now. He spends more time making speeches on TV then he does anything else at this stage. He lacks the experience or balls to follow through with such a difficult task as turning North Korea into a parking lot.

Sanctions and letters simply won't work with King Jung-il. He is power hungry and would only respect power, not the weakness shown thus far by the world. He knows nobody has the balls to mess with him so he gets away with it. Until someone smacks him down, he will continue.
