So wait a minute. I have a company and I hire models to promote my product. It seems logical that I would be hiring a particular person when I hire a model, does it not?
And now your saying that the only thing I hired is the trademark name of the model, and you can send anyone you want?
I'm not being critical here, but I think this is what Tom said he is doing.
How would you feel if you hired a model and a different girl showed up?
